Active Together Family Sports COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Active Together Family Sports is committed to protecting the health and safety of all our participants and will be requiring that all participants born in 2009 or earlier be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

For participants 12 to 17, proof of full vaccination will must be provided at the time of registration. All participants 18 and older will be required to show proof of vaccination upon entering the Woolwich Memorial Centre.

Fully vaccinated means fourteen (14) days after an individual has received a completed series of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been approved for use by Health Canada.

Active Together Family Sports will follow the Ontario Provincial Government’s policy for medical exemptions from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
